cancelled free trial before it ended

I cancelled my Adobe Acrobat AI assistant free trial on 18/04/2026 before the trial period ended, and i also received a cancellation confirmation email. However, I am still seeing an attempted charge of 24€ on my account. 

 Could someone from Adobe please check if my subscription was properly cancelled and help resolve this issue? I should not be charged since the cancellation was made during the free trial period!!!

    Acrobat Pro and AI assistant for Acrobat are two different subscriptions.

    You have to cancel both separately.

    ohhh i get it now 😭 i thought cancelling the AI assistant cancelled the whole Acrobat trial too. So does that mean i still have to pay the €122 cancellation fee for Acrobat Pro?

    you canceled ai for acrobat and not acrobat.

     

    cancel acrobat, too if that’s what you want.

    i already checked and it’s showing i got adobe acrobat pro and my billing is supposed to be €24 even tho i never chose that plan. i literally cancelled the free trial already. and when i try to cancel this one it says i have to pay €122??
