Cannot Access Fantastic Fold Prerelease Program

A couple weeks ago I stopped being able to access the Fantastic Fold prerelease program. Whenever I go to join the program again I get a popup message that says "An Adobe ID with this Email is already part of the program." I've tried signing in and out of my account and accessing the website (both fantasticfold.com and adobeprerelease.com) from Chrome, Firefox and Edge and still encounter the same message. I'm pretty sure FF is only a web app at this point so I don't have anything installed locally on my computer either. 

 

Additionally this web app doesn't appear in the beta tabs section of Adobe CC (both the desktop app and the online version) but I'm not sure if it even should.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this or even point me in the right direction to someone who can? This seems like an account issue to me. The prerelease site doesn't give any contact info for the program. Attached is what the message looks like on my browser. Thanks.

Hi @Alec23317267cnr6 !  Fantastic Fold is a private program and therefore not listed on Adobe forums, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc, so apologies about missing this information.  I've removed and reinvited you from the Fantastic Fold prerelease program, whch should reset the account. Please look for an email with the new invitation and re-join.

I cannot access fantastic fold. It keeps telling me that this email is already part of this program.  Please help.

Hi @Alec23317267cnr6 !  Fantastic Fold is a private program and therefore not listed on Adobe forums, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc, so apologies about missing this information.  I've removed and reinvited you from the Fantastic Fold prerelease program, whch should reset the account. Please look for an email with the new invitation and re-join.

Hello, I am having the same issue where i can't access fantastic fold all of a sudden, i get the same message to join and then that i am already part of the program and I can't get past that part to use it again. can you please help?

I don't know anything about Fold's Prerelease status, sorry. 

Assuming it's still an active thing, try clearing cached data and cookies from your browser.  Failing that, I don't know what to tell you.

I've tried clearing my browser's data/cookies and still get the same result. Is there maybe someone you can point me to that handles Prerelease stuff? Is there a different forum that has a closer help category?

Fatastic Fold is a private beta by invitation only.  If the project is still active, maybe you can reach the Adobe Research, 3DI Team on Twitter.
