Cannot access Library

Hi! I use a Mac. I am trying to access shapes that I have created using Adobe Captire in the Illustartor library. However, none of my shapes have been loading for the past few weeks because it says Creative Cloud is not connected. I've tried restarting AI and my computer, neither works. And I cannot sign into CC from the top bar on my computer; CC is greyed out and won't let me sign in.

Has anyone encountered this same issue and come up with a solution??

Hi Sasha,

I think this is not a problem with Capture, but with the CC Desktop app connectivity. I've asked to have this question moved to the "Downloading, Installing and Setting Up" forum.
