My libraries are there on the Creative Cloud Web, but I cant access it in Creative Cloud desktop app or with Illustrator or InDesign. I've tried logging out and re-launching, tried the limited access repair tool, Re-installed Creative Cloud App, still doesn't work. I am on a PC Windows 10, does anyone have a solution?

Hi,

What error message you are seeing in Libraries in CCD / Point Products?
Could you please check the Libraries version you are running on your machine? It is the bottom item in "About Creative Cloud" window in CCD.

Have you tried restarting the machine? This really might help, please try.
If restarting won't help, can you try running the CCLibraries installer available in this Helpx page (Solution 2 / Step 4): https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.html

Let us know if that helps,

Thank you,
CCLibraries Team

Eugeniec, do you encounter any specific error messages when the libraries fail to sync?  You can find several different file sync errors and the solutions at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html.

What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using, Eugeniec?  Do you work for an organization that might be migrating your libraries to a different account?
