Cannot change sync folder location for CC files

I recently rebuilt my iMac and now have a SSD for the OS, and the original internal HD for all data files.

CC creates the cloud sync folder on the SSD. I want it on the data drive.

Under CC preferences, after the initial sync (and the four other ones I tried turning things on/off) the folder location dropdown is greyed out and unavailable to me.

This is a CRITICAL bug since I need all data kept on the internal, not the OS SSD.

Can anyone advise how to move this file or why the option to change it is unavailable?
