Cannot desactivate licence

Recently I was bad lucked and I broke 2 computers (like hardware dead). I have a valid Key for Adobe Premiere Element but it is activated on these 2 computers. I tried to deactivate these 2 computers using my Adobe Account but they do not appear there. Is there any way to contact someone from Adobe to fix that? I cannot find any email or ticket manager to do so. I literaly used 1 of the 2 computers only 3 days.
