Cannot get rid of Adobe Cloud error

Adobe creative cloud is needed to resolve this problem error. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.

This is the message I get every day on my computer now. I've tried looking this up. How do I stop this error?
