Cannot log into different profile in Adobe Portfolio

Currently I have a portfolio site that I made on a business account, which at the time had an active student license. Now that the license is expired, I would like to migrate the portfolio site to my personal profile, however, whenever I try to log into Adobe Portfolio I'm not able to select the business profile and it will automatically sign me up with my personal profile. I cannot access the site from there unfortunately. I already turned off automatic sign in to personal profile in my Adobe account settings, that too didn't solve the issue. If I log into my regular Adobe account it does let me choose a different profile, but not with Adobe Portfolio.

I hope someone knows how to resolve this issue or knows what is wrong.
Thank you in advance!

Correct answer Nancy OShea

If your school license has expired, it will depend on how long ago it was disabled.

Portfolio doesn't keep old sites on their servers indefintely.

This issue is now resolved. The helpdesk was able to transfer my portfolio to my personal profile.

I didn't know about that yet, thank you! I also submitted a ticket about this issue and they were able to resolve it, so my website is now transferred to my personal profile.

Thank you for the links. I had already submitted a form about the issue to their contact page as well.

you're welcome.

you could try deleting store adobe credentials on your computer, but i'm not sure that will fix the problem, nor whether it's worthwhile even if successful.
