Cannot sign into Creative Cloud application on PC

Hello everyone I am having trouble with the Creative Cloud suite.

 

Every time I open the app I am prompted with a "sign into continue" message (see screen shot).

It won't let me sign in it just glitches and even if it did let me sign it it will almost instantly sign me out and promt me with the same message.

 

I cannot uninstall/reinstall because to uninstall the suite I must delete photoshop, premiere, etc... first. I cannot open the suite to delete these apps frist so I am stuck here.

 

I want to reinstall to see if any of my files may be corrupt, but cannot do this. ANy help would be much

Im having exactly the same issue on my MacBook Pro. I was hoping to find an answer here...
