Cannot uninstall Creative Cloud

So I'm trying to uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud due to a looping error for it trying to log me out and wanting me to login but whenever I try to uninstall I get the following: "Couldn't uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." So when I try to uninstall Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustator it opens the Creative Cloud and continue the same looping error without uninstalling the program. I've already tried repairing Creative Cloud and uninstalling the programs through Control Panel, to no avail.
