Cannot update: creative cloud desktop is empty

Hi,

I cannot update on my desktop computer: creative cloud desktop is empty. I have trtied to reinstall. I have tried to rename the OOBE and then reinstall. The creative cloud desktop is still empty.

It works fine on my labtop

Can anyone help?

    My problem is solved. A supporter from Adobe took over the computer and did a lot of fixing, cleaning, reinstallation - and now it works. Swift and professional. I have never found out myself.
