Cant download photos from Creative Cloud to iPhone 11

So i've edited photos on my desktop and uploaded them to creative cloud.  

When i go to the creative cloud on my iPhone to download them, the file size is showing as 'Zero KB' and when i go to download them it loads for a second then says 'Unable to completed the request'.

I've literally just started using this software and i'm not impressed at all.
