CC를 실행시키기만하면 컴퓨터가 너무나 느려집니다.

좀 간단히 클라우드를 이용할 수 있게 설정하는 방법은 없나요?

필요에 따라 스톡이나 마켓플레이스, 탐색기능을 껐다 켰으면 좋겠습니다.

no, the cc app doesn't allow fine-tuning. if you install it, it has a life of its own and controlling what it does is very limited.
