CC: 13.9 GB used but synced folder is empty

Hello,

 

I never used this CC Sync feature, but in the settings, it shows that I use 13.9 GB of my cloud storage. The synced folder itself is empty.

 

Why is it? What is it?

 

I have 100GB cloud storage, and 14% are used for nothing?

Hi Nancy,

 

Your links helped me. I reduced the used cloud storage space to 256 MB. But I was not able to reduce it to 0 😞

Now all folders in Creative Cloud, Lightroom, and Document Cloud are empty except the Apps folder in the Document Cloud. 

 

Are the apps in the Apps folder are counted? Currently, I don't use cloud storage, so it is okay for me if it is not empty, but I'm wondering why it is not empty.
