CC App showing I need to buy App when I have the full subscription
Does anyone else have this issue - my CC App shows some Apps are not included in my plan, when they clearly are? They show in my plan, download / authorize and work when I need them... (see screen-shot below). And yes I have restarted it. It looks to me like the CC App was not thoroughtly tested before being relaunched.
Also, @Adobe, I tried your chat to speak to 'real people' and the 'real bot' got nowhere near understanding my statement / question, saying it 'was still learning'; until it finally got exasperated and passed me to Monisha, an agent. I asked her to look at the below screen-shot and another showing my plan; she panicked, told me I needed to speak with technical staff and immediately left the conversation. I was left hanging...if you send me a 'how did we do' type survey you are getting a 1 star.
