CC - Archive synchronization process.

Hi

Can anyone explain how the cc synchronization process works?
When does it start? After saving the file locally?
How does it behave when there is sync error? It gets stuck on that archive or does it
move on to sync other archives?

sync'g starts as soon as you save a file to your local sync folder. if a file is encountered that won't sync, the process hangs on that file and progresses no further.
