CC cloud only storage?

I have storage capacity problems locally on my computer and i'm considering using my creative cloud for cloud storage, but it seems like adobeCC doesnt support a cloud only storage solution like i.e. Dropbox. At least it seems like that on my computer...-is this correct or have I misunderstood?

Use USB flash drives... here are 2, there are many more available

that is correct. adobe's cloud storage is not suitable for saving space. consider an external hard drive.
