CC Desktop keep opening

Question

Hi All,

I am having an issue with Creative cloud Desktop app where it keep opening, If I exit it it reopens on my screen a few mins later, tried ending all adobe tasks on task manger, and it still reopens. Every time i exit full screen if watching a video for example, CC desktop app opens on my screen, It will not go away!

To Clarify this is not a startup issue, this issue occurs when pc is running.

please see replys for further clarification.

Any help with this would be great.

Hi,

Thanks but my issue is NOT at startup, startup is already dissabled.

My issue IS that i cannot get the desktop app to actually close, it keeps reopening itself. I have tried repairing the install, clicking file and then exit, turned laptop off and on again, closed from task manager, the program is dissabled for startup, but it opens anyway.

the program opens when i do anything, if i exit full screen mode on any program, CC Desktop opens. It opens when i plug in the power cable, and opens again when i unplug the power cable, it just keeps opening itself.
