CC files deleting without explanation

Question

While in file explorer a large number of CC files (around 3,000) started disappearing. I noticed it was only files that were within the folder I had currently opened in file explorer. This happed on Monday and again today. A ton of important work were within those folders and I have no explanation as to why this happened. I was thankfully able to restore them from my recycling bin but need answers!

Hi Kristen,

Sorry to hear this happened. For this type of an issue I'd recommend reaching out to and working with our support directly. They will likely need to collect log files from your system and share them with our developers to understand what happened.
