CC files syncing - missing files

My Online files seem to be there and on but on the desktop version of the folders all the files are missing. Is there a way to get the files off the online CC area and back to the desktop?

Its weird. It seems to be updating folders but when you look in those folders they are blank.

Not files.

I have spoken via text to adobe and they got me to make a log file which they did not want after it cam out at 123 meg.
The said they would look into it and now I get the 'issue resolved message in an email and case closed' when quite clearly it is not and I am still missing loads of files.

The folder structure is there but all the folders are empty.
