CC folder "out of space" won't sync back to having space

Hi.

I reach my 20gb storage limit the other day. Today i went through the folder and moved and deleted a lot of stuff. As far i can tell i removed aprox. 14GB of files. CC still tells me i am at 20.03 GB and have reach my limit.

I have tried the ye old restart of the application and have moved some files back and forth. It wont realize that i removed a bunch of files. When i look at the online archive it seems to have removed the files there as well.

What do i do?

I am on a iMac 27", late 2012 running OSX Yosemite 10.10.2
