CC he is giving an error 'The page is temporarily unavailable. We'll be back soon.'

Can anyone advice on this error message. I did share one folder with someone who did not have the CC account earlier using collaborate option for the folders. Bun when he accepted the invitation and created account on CC he is getting an error 'The page is temporarily unavailable. We'll be back soon.'
