Question

CC Libraries/Groups not showing in Express

In a classic example of "It was working a couple days ago." A Library, with Groups, as organized in the CC Desktop app, used to be accessesable in Express but is no longer available. In Express, all the files can be found in Assets under Brand but they are not grouped. Used to sort by Modified, and they would then be grouped accordingly. In Express the Library is nowhere to be found under Your Stuff/Libraries. The Library and Groups are in the same location in the CC Dektop app as they were when this worked. This method of organization is to colaborate with a client and was greatly appreciated when working.

you can try resetting your cc desktop app, but based on all the issues with cc libraries posted in the past week, it appears the problem(s) are on adobe's end.

to reset the cc desktop app by make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

it was a low probability attempt.  maybe contact adobe support and see what they say. then, if you have time, report back here.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
