CC Libraries Invite not Recieved

Hello,

I am trying to share my CC Library with my boss. Her work email is linked to her Adobe account, so she shows up when I search to invite her.

Yet, she does not receive an email invite, nor does my invite or any of the libraries I created within our organization show up in her Creative Cloud app.

It says "pending" on my computer but there's no way for her to accept.
