CC Libraries on Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop

I've noticed a recurring bug where whenever my Macbook comes out of Sleepmode with any of Illustrator, Photoshop or Indesign open, on return the Libraries don't work. They're either really zoomed in within the panel and you can't click anything, or you're unable to change libraries or sleet anything.

A restart fixes this, but it's still annoying and disrutive to my workflow.

Hi,

We are aware of this problem and trying to deliver the fix.
As a workaround, could you please try any of these:
- use previous applications version;
- unplug the external monitor;
- set your machine not to sleep.

Teams are trying to fix this as soon as possible, will keep you updated.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

Thank you,
Mariia

@Mariia Novikova - I, too, am still experiencing this issue. Specifically, any actions I take in the Libraries panel (i.e. adding or removing a library item; grouping, renaming or searching items; navigating to other libraries, etc) do not appear to actually process until I resize the Libraries panel window. It is as if the panel controller only proccesses interaction requests upon re-rerendering the panel interface.

Please see the attached screen recording as an example of this bug and pay special attention to the mouse clicks and keyboard inputs.

This is occurring in all up-to-date CC 2021 applications while an external display is connected.

Operating System: macOS Big Sur (v11.5.2)
Graphics Card: Radeon Pro 450 2GB
Adobe Applications: Photoshop v22.5, Illustrator v25.4.1, InDesign v16.4, Creative Cloud 5.5.0.619, Libraries 1.0.1.5, Core Sync 4.19.0.12

I have a user who is experiencing this issue as well. Has this been resolved or are we still waiting for a fix? Thanks.

@Mariia Novikova
This is happening to me and my colleague ( @9481448) as well. We are not able to connect to our libraries at all. It is hindering our work.

Do you have an update yet?

Thank you,

Nikki

Hi Nikki,

Could you please clarify what issue you are seeing?
This report covers the hang in CCLibraries Panel after the computer returns from sleeping mode. Assets are zoomed in and scrolling not working, restarting the applications helps to fix it. Is it what you are seeing as well?

Thank you,
Mariia
