I am having this issue as well, any tips on getting it resolved David?

Hi Tricia,

I branched this off to a separate discussion. I had some questions to ensure I understand.

Where are you seeing the We're Experiencing Server Problems message? Is it within the Libraries panel? Could you post a screen shot?

yes- this is in the libraries panel.

It works okay on my laptop, but not on my desktop. I am using the same credentials on both. I worked with my IT department to see if there are any blocks on it from a security standpoint and they weren't seeing anything.

Any help could be greatly appreciated!
