CC Library asks for permission every time I restart my Mac

First of all, I'm on macOS public beta, no issues with the way Adobe apps are running thus far.

However, everytime I restart my Mac I get the follow error:

"CCLibrary" would like to access data from other apps.
Keeping app data separate makes it easier to manage your privacy and security.

Even though I hit Don't Allow, the box pops up each time. Also, I do not sync any files to Adobe Library so certainly not seeing a reason to hit Allow.

This worked for me: Privacy and security / Full Disk Access. On the list that appears,  click the + and add you Adobe applications.
