CC library doesn't sync

Hi, I am having an issue with the CC libraries. Shared libraries are not accessible for me in Creative Cloud, however from the inviter's side it shows as pending. I have recieved the invitation but by clicking on the link in the email the libraries folder and the shared with you folders are both empty.

Other library shared by an other user showed in my folder without any problem.

What can be the problem?

We are sorry for your difficulties as you are unable to access the CC libraries shared with you. To help you more efficiently could you please help us with the below details:

 

>>What operating system are you using?

>>Is this on your iPad or your computer?

>>Share the version of the creative cloud app and CC libraries

>>From when are you facing this issue?

 

Also please advise the inviter to share the same libraries with other Users and check if another user can access those libraries or not.

Hi Neelam,

 

Thanks for getting back to me. 

I have this issue since installation, which was around 2 months ago. I am using PC with Windows. It is the latest version of CC.

I am using an Adobe for Teams business account. Our company is based in multiple countries, which seems to be an issue, because users in my country can share libraries with me, and the inviter is his country can also share libraries, but across countries it seems to be not working.
