CC Library is loading

Hello,

I’m have issues with shared CClibraries.

I have an adobe account with a full subscription, and I am working with an animator that have an adobe account but not a subscritpion. 

I created a Library for him to have access ton brand assets and illustration, that’s is working for me but not for him : it’s loading indefinitely.

Is there a way to fix this problem ?
