CC not syncing. File space used but files are missing.

I am missing many files after spending all day doing what looked like syncing. But after using nearly all the storage space - I have many missing files. Random files - not all one type. Full folders are missing. When I "view on the web" it is empty - only one jpeg from 2 years ago is there.

Where are my files? They are not showing on the web at all and the folder files are missing.

Hi Zagt,

A few questions to better understand:

  • Were the files which are missing part of a collaboration?
  • Are the files within the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer?
  • Are the files in the recycle bin on your computer or in the deleted area online Adobe Creative Cloud
