CC not working on IMac 3.4GHZ i5

[Moved from Labs to Creative Cloud Services.]

 

My colleague is using an iMac (spec above) mojave 10. 14.6 operating system. Creative Cloud has been working all Ok, but now keeps kicking him out. We run InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it a hardware or system issue?

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one.
