CC prompts for App sign out, even though 3 machines do not have the app installed.

I have a total of 3 machines running Creative Cloud, but using different apps. 1 work device and 2 personal devices. Work device (device 1) and my home setup (Device 2) has most of the apps I use (Ps, Pr, Ae, Au). Meanwhile a third device is a 2-in-1 with a Wacom tablet built in. I just installed Creative Cloud and Adobe Fresco on it, in order to keep files synced between all three systems. When I launch Fresco on Device 3, CC tells me Fresco is activated on both other devices, even though I've NEVER installed Fresco on them. When I go to launch Photoshop on Device 1, it says Photoshop is Activated on 3 devices, even though I've never installed Photoshop on Device 3. None of the machines are being used simultaneously. Logging out of Photoshop/ Fresco on one device LOGS OUT OF CREATIVE CLOUD on it, not just preventing the launch of Photoshop or Fresco. I have previously used different apps on different machines non-simultaneously and not faced this issue. Heck I've run After Effects on one machine and Premier on the other, side by side, working on the same project. Why is this weird clash coming up now?

I don't want to sign out of Creative Cloud on any of my devices. I want the files synced between all three. I am not using Fresco on the other two. "Deactivation" means loss of sync. I don't want that.
