CC shows that I am using 90GB however the CC folder is about 28GB...?

I am not sure where the rest is being used or how to find it, CC web shows me a chart that is 90% full however my files aren't that size.

Please assist.

Please check if you get the same error in CC web through assets.adobe.com. Also, let us know if the error you see when you open or work on any specific application in Creative Cloud.
