Question

CC will not allow me to change log in credentials and access my apps

I am a paid plan subscriber and I have no problem accessing my apps from one of my PC's via CC.  I have another PC that has CC installed and a trial account log in.  I have tried to change the log in to my paid account credentials and access my apps.  I can change the email and password to my paid account.  However, it shows no apps installed. If I install one of the apps in my plan,  CC says I have to purchase it.

I have had no success in contacting a real person at Adobe to assist me.

I would appreciate any assistance.

Regards,

Bob W

remove stored licensing credentials on your computer.

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

then  reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if your cc desktop app still fails to show your subscription apps, check your account to confirm your subscription, https://account.adobe.com.

sign out and in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
