Hi there,

 

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Would you mind telling us the version of the operating system and the Creative Cloud Desktop Application you are using? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Have you tried signing out and signing back in again? Did you try rebooting your device if that makes any difference? If you disable CC file syncing, does that stop the problem?

 

We're here to help, just need some info.
