Change your Adobe account without losing data

Hello everyone,

I have an Adobe account and from October I will have to use an Adobe account provided by my new employer.

Is it possible to use the new account on my computer without losing my libraries, Photoshop plug-ins, Lightroom presets, etc.?

I'd just like to switch accounts without losing anything!
