Changing catalogues from Mac to PC

When I purchased Adobe CC I was using a MacBook Pro paired with my iPhone. I just recently bought myself a new computer which happens to be a PC. I have been trying to figure out how to sinc my previous catalogue from my Mac to my PC. Does anyone know how I can do this without loosing my previous catalogue?
