Adobe is charging me twice for the same level of subscription, this has been done several times . You charged me the whole year amount when I cancelled my previous subscription. And here again you are trying to rob me by charging twice for same month for same level of subscription.I found that it is very frustrating and mischievous.it is disturbing to treat customers in ill way & it is wrong.I am living in Canada and I don't expect such things in a civilized society which I consider the actions as robbing me in a day light. Considering my frustrations and I need your response and help to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

if you have no subscription, you can prevent this in the future after contacting support per @AxelMatt and having them fix the current problem.

update this thread when that's done.
