Chrome in Windows failed to see page in creative cloud storage web asset

Hello,

I am talking about the Creative cloud storage web asset : https://assets.adobe.com/files

I have downloaded an MP4 video on it and sent a link to someone. 

I first empty the cache in Chrome with CCleaner. Then inside Chrome (in Windows) I click on the link corresponding to the video file inside Creative cloud web asset. The result : Chrome does not show anything (the page is empty). So I reload this page in Chrome and this time it works (I can see the page of the video in Creative cloud).

In other browser like Edge I have not this problem.

It is strange that at the first opening of the link in Chrome it shows the page empty in creative cloud.

According to you, what is the cause : creative cloud, or Chrome, or other thing ?
