Close Creative Cloud content Manager

I can't run virus software unless I close Creative Cloud Content Manager and I cannot find an option to do so I'm on os 15.6.1

I don't know what Creative Cloud content manager means.  I suppose it could mean Creative Cloud Desktop App which is used to install/upgrade and manage your CC apps & services.  

 

From CC desktop app, hit Cmd + Q.  Select QUIT to close the app.

you mean you have os catalina, 10.15.6.1?
