Cloud Backup Remove Syncing Feature

Hello, I love Light Room and Photoshop on iPad. 

I don't love automatic features that can't be removed or turned off that prevent users from working in an ordinary straightforward way with THEIR PERSONALY OWNED FILES (data) like just saving a file to disk (see screenshot attached)

How do I remove the automatic cloud save feature so I can save my files without uploading them to Adobe and who knows Elise?
