Cloud Bibliothek / Daten OHNE zusätzliche Lokale Ablage

Hallo Zusammen,

 

Gibte es eine Möglichkeit in der Cloud Daten Ordner (zB. Bilder eines Shootings) abzulegen die dann alle Teammitglieder sehen können und sich einzelne Daten herunterladen können aber nicht zusätzlich immer Lokal abgespeichert werden und somit die Festplatte voll machen.

Ich hab mit allen zusammen Lizenezen gefühlte 20TB Cloud Speicher zur Verfügung. Aber alles was man ablegt wird immer Lokal auch geapeichert. Das macht doch keinen Sinn.

 

Bei den Cloud Bilbliotheken werden alle Daten in Hintergund unter

Hiden/Library->Applications Support-> Adobe->Creative Cloud Libraries

abgelegt und liegen somit immer auch auf der Festplatte.

 

Wenn Ich daten unter Datein hoch lade schiebt er mir automatisch alles in die Creative Cloud Files

unter dem Benutzer. Lösch ich da, löscht es auch in der Cloud. Auch nicht die Lösung.

 

Es muss doch eine Möglichkeit einer art Cloud Galerie geben wo ich Daten reinladen kann und sie sind rein Online abrufbar und zum download wenn ich was brauche. Wie das DAM system. Oder wie picdrop.com

 

Vielleicht überseh ich auch schon die ganze Zeit wie das geht oder check es nicht.

Würde gern aber hier eine Lösung finden und nicht noch ein zusätzliche Tool aufmachen wie zum Beispiel picdrop.

Thank, you for the answer.

Hmm, I understand that there is no Solution now. but hopefully in the future.

In Remote Work I want to make it more easier and not more Tools from other companys than all in one, specaliy when I have a Lot of Space (TB).

We have a Drive Sytem allready to mirroing Data Local on work Local and everthing will upadateing on the NAS.

And we use the Cloud Libarys a lot.

But we have a lot of Photo / Video Material and when you want to show it everybody remote to get an overview or Daily access to but not everything on your Local Desktop it need another solution.

 

Maybe I try this first of all:

I Use 1 Computer with 1 sepperate License just for Sharing the Files in the Cloud to get an Overview and Download Oppertunity for all Users in our Team.

In a business setting, your IT dept should have a dedicated cloud network drive to which each collaborator can save & access files.

 

In the private sector, you should look at personal cloud storage on OneDrive, Google Drive, Drop Box or Amazon Cloud Services.

adobe does not offer that. 

 

adobe's cc cloud storage is not like most other storage options.  in fact, it's unwise to think of adobe's cc storage as a backup option, at all.

 

adobe's cc storage is for sharing files with other and for sharing with yourself on your other devices.

 

ie, use another cloud storage system if you want to store your files on someone else's computer and not also on your own.
