Cloud Dateien nach Abo Änderung weg

Question

Ich war bisher mit meinem Account über ein Schulkonto angemeldet, dieses Abo wurde nun beendet. Seitdem sind sämtliche Dateien aus meiner Cloud verschwunden (ca. 8000 Fotos) und es gibt keine Möglichkeit diese einzusehen.

Kann ich irgendwie erneut darauf zugreifen?

Die angehängten Screenshots konnte ich über mein Ipad machen, da dieses ohne Internetverbindung noch im alten Account angemeldet war, demnach müsste bis vor wenigen Tagen ein Zugang zu meiner Cloud da gewesen sein.

This won't help the original person with lost files, but For anyone else reading this...
Do NOT have your files only in cloud storage
You should always have an extra copy of all files (or TWO full copies)
Computer crashes or account changes happen, so use an external drive for copies
A USB flash drive to keep in a safe place... here are 2, there are many more available
