cloud files gone

Hello

I have a very strange problem.

As i installed the Creative Cloud yesterday on my Notebook, and moved the "Creative Cloud Files" to another place everything was fine.

Today i turned on my workstation in the Office, and it says "No Files" in my Cloud-Folder. When I'm looking at the Web-Interface of the Cloud - everything is gone to.

I recognized that the files and folders where put ionto "archive" - i tried to restore them - and now the files are gone everywhere.

I don't know, if they are still available on the notebook, but i don't think so ...

Is there any Chance to get thoses Files and Folders back to my Cloud - 'cause i would really need them

We have restored the items that were in your Archive at https://creative.adobe.com/archive. They are in a folder beginning with "Restored" in the Files page at https://creative.adobe.com/files, and will also sync down to the Creative Cloud Files folder on your computer.
