Cloud files WONT SYNC!

My team has shared some creative cloud files and they won't sync to my computer. I can see them online on the website under synced files, but nothing will download to my creative cloud folder on my computer. See attached image.

It seems like this should be a simple, obvious thing, but I can't find any settings or anything to make it happen. This is pretty urgent for our work, so any help is greatly appreciated
