cloud over capacity, but cant find files uploaded

hi my cloud storeage is over capacity, but i cant find what files are in the cloud, and i cant contact adobe support because im not an administrator for my job, and the it people at my job dont have any solution either.

Basically just trying to find what files i have in the cloud so i can clear up storage.
