Question

Cloud showing 107GB usage, but less than 10GB is actually being used

Storage is showing over 100GB of storage us being used but it is not accurate. Only ~10GB is actually being used. I've emptied the trash and deleted everything except for a handful of motion templates and it still is saying ~100GB is being used. Am I missing somewhere to clear out storage?

107.8 GB of 120 GB used

I have searched all those locations* and have:

  • 1 Draw Project under Mobile creations (won't let me delete: "Could not delete item")
  • 2 Sketch Projects under Mobile creations (won't let me delete: "Could not delete item")
  • 3 Motion graphics templates (49kb, 66kb, 63kb)
  • 242 Photos in Lightroom (All Photos, 0 deleted)
  • 1 Agreement (Single page PDF, no size listed, unable to delete)
  • 1 Spark Project Folder (0 Projects in folder ("This folder is lonely" when opening), but unable to delete folder: "Please move projects out of the folder before deleting the folder.")

Any sugestions?

I was unable to find graphics, web pages, and videos under Adobe Spark. I'm assuming those files would be under Libraries, but the only thing there is the Motion graphics templates.
