Cloud storage every slow to sync

Question

Hey all. I have recently bought a new macbook pro and so I've started downloading and using my creative cloud apps etc there. I'm finding yet again as I alwasy have with cloud storage an incredibly slow frustrating sync rate. I've had this same performance with the cloud for the past 4 years of using it accros my other computers. I basically avoid storing anything on it as it's just impractical. Surely I am not the only on wirth this problem?
