Cloud Storage full even though it isn't

Hello, there are some threads from some years ago but also only for Lightroom stuff...

So, is there some known issue or anything regarding the cloud storage?
I have "80GB of 100GB used".. but there is literally nothing in the cloud. Not synced, not on Cloud web. Not in the trash, nowhere. What am I missing? Thanks

if you checked your cc web page (in your browser, not in the cc app) and it shows 80gb used but nothing in any links including deleted and lightroom), using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
