Hello,

I believe I'm having an issue with my Cloud Storage. I have recently reinstalled Lr an Ps after after being absent for some time. I found out in my Adobe Desktop app that my Cloud Storage with a capacity of 40Gb, is full. It says '142 Gb of 40Gb' used. I don't have 142 Gb of files stored anywhere in the cloud.

In the Desktop App, under files, there is nothing. In the Lr on the Web, nothing. All is empty. I do have 5759 Sync Issues reported.

I tried resyncing on my Desktop to an empty folder. But nothing changes. I have now turned off sync on my Desktop App.

I have read this article and a few others. All describing how to delete files. But I don't have any.
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

I believe I'm experiencing a bug regarding my Cloud Storage. I would like for the Adobe Team to reset my Cloud Storage and clear it out. Setting it back to 0 Gb.

Thank you. 😉

did you check your acrobat links and the 8 folders on your cc website?

if so, and they don't account for your file storage, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

Thank you for yor reply.

I checked my my cc website again.
Your Files: all 4 tabs are empty
Your Libraries: both tabs are empty

Shared with you: Empty

Deleted: Empty.

So I guess I'll get in tough with a real Adobe human 😄

I am experiencing the very same issue that you faced last year Woldberg. Can I ask if you managed to get it sorted and would you recommend getting in touch with an Adobe representative?
